Prior to Warren Equity Partners, Karen worked within the investment banking division of DC Advisory, where she focused on executing M&A transactions across the technology, media and business services sectors.

Prior to Dragonfly Suzie was the Accounting Manager at Coldwater Creek where she helped start up the accounting team while managing the monthly close process and audits. Before Coldwater, Suzie held roles in Finance and Accounting in multiple industries included insurance and technology.
Prior to Dragonfly, Courtney was Senior Accountant at Hydro International overseeing all daily A/R and A/P functions. Before Hydro International, Courtney held Accounting roles in several industries including fashion and medical distribution.

Prior to Dragonfly, Jake was a financial analyst at AmRock Financial, which helps structure debt pieces for middle market companies. As an analyst, Jake was responsible for assessing the credit risk associated with each potential company and assisting in the due diligence and onboarding process.
Before Dragonfly, Nashua worked at Coldwater Creek where she assisted in many processes from accounts payable to sales tax filings as well as a variety of accounting responsibilities.
Before Coldwater, Nash worked at Sentient Jet where I held the role of Corporate Accounting Manager where she was responsible for maintaining the corporate ledger and the consolidation of four subcompanies. Prior to Sentient Jet, Nashua worked as an auditor servicing various industries.
Prior to Dragonfly, Jordan was an FP&A Manager at Boston Beer Company, makers of Sam Adams, Truly, Twisted Tea, Angry Orchard, and Dogfish Head. As an FP&A Manager Jordan was responsible for supporting the Operations function (aka our production breweries) and before that spent time supporting the Marketing department and Opex planning. Before joining Boston Beer, Jordan worked as a public accountant at Grant Thornton working on manufacturing clients in the New England area.

Prior to Dragonfly, Amara was a senior HR leader at Comcast where she spent over 5 years as a business partner in the HQ residential business. She also led HR strategy and corporate HR for David’s Bridal. In earlier career iterations Amara worked in marketing analytics (Sears) and management consulting (BCG, Bridgespan).

Before Wayfair, Anna worked across a variety of industries within Healthcare as well as the Engineering and Defense Contract space holding Talent Acquisition and Operations positions.

With decades of experience in engineering, development, database administration, systems administration, and management, Nathan brings a wide variety of experience and tools as Dragonfly’s Director of Engineering. He leads a team of talented and skilled engineers supporting Dragonfly’s software applications and supports internal stakeholders so they can best succeed in their areas.
Prior to Dragonfly, Nathan came from a behavioral health startup managing a dozen developers across the United States as well as serving as an engineer and manager in a number of verticals.

Prior to Dragonfly, Felix worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Apto Payments, a financial services company. Here at Dragonfly he will be joining our Tech team as a Senior Software Engineer.

Prior to Dragonfly, Nick worked at Wayfair as a Senior Analyst within their 3D Operations team. As an analyst, Nick prototyped machine learning and computer vision solutions for ecommerce merchandising and automated reporting using SQL and python. Before Wayfair, Nick worked as an operations manager at an HR tech start up.

Prior to Dragonfly, Peter held a variety of roles at Wayfair including incubating new categories and sourcing new supplier partners. Peter was one of the first 5 employees at CastleGate Fulfillment, Wayfair’s 3PL solution, and held a leadership role in growing it to a top 50 worldwide logistics provider. Most recently Peter was the GM of Returns & Incidence, managing over $1B in Supply Chain costs.
