She also has experience in Amazon listing optimization, inventory management, and general marketing.

Nick Stager

Background

At Dragonfly, Nick operates the brands Dragonfly owns, building and improving processes from branding and marketing, to managing supply chains and international expansion. Nick is also helping to build out our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Prior to Dragonfly, Nick worked at Wayfair as a Senior Analyst within their 3D Operations team. As an analyst, Nick prototyped machine learning and computer vision solutions for ecommerce merchandising and automated reporting using SQL and python. Before Wayfair, Nick worked as an operations manager at an HR tech start up.

Prior to Dragonfly, Eliot spent three years working in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. At Bain, he worked on projects that spanned industries such as health care, financial services and oil and gas. Eliot also spent six months at the NFL during a sabbatical from Bain where he worked with the League’s strategy team on things like legal sports betting and international opportunities.

Kenzie O'Lena

Background

As a Business Associate, Kenzie supports Brand Managers as they operate and expand the brands Dragonfly owns. This includes optimizing supply chain, marketing, international expansion strategy, and providing analytical support to Operations.

Kenzie brings to Dragonfly 18 months of full time co-op experience in the Pharmaceutical, Academic, and Government sectors. With a major in Technology Innovation Management paired with Engineering, she bridges communications between the technical and operational aspects of business. Kenzie is well versed in commercial operations, workflow process improvement, and environmental engineering techniques.

Prior to Dragonfly, Pete spent 4+ years working in strategy and economic consulting at L.E.K. Consulting and Charles River Associates. At L.E.K., he worked on several buy-side and sell-side due diligence and traditional growth strategy cases. Prior to that, he worked at CRA developing economic, statistical, and financial analyses for expert testimony in major litigation and arbitration matters.

Prior to Dragonfly, Jordan had spent the majority of his career as an operations and inventory lead in various e-commerce companies such as Kaspien (formerly etailz inc.) and Jelt Belt while also adding over a year of experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality industry for a company known as Stay Alfred.

Macrae Wimer

Background

At Dragonfly, Macrae focuses primarily on sourcing and diligence efforts, spending his days on calls with owners of ecommerce brands and evaluating investment opportunities. Macrae is also leading Dragonfly’s rebranding initiative.

Prior to Dragonfly, Macrae was an investment banking Associate at Morgan Partners. As an Associate, Macrae worked on capital raises and M&A for FinTech businesses. Before joining Morgan Partners, Macrae was an early hire at Intrusta which raised $12.1M to develop a suite of digital security products for consumers.

Coco is based in Ningbo China and brings 13 years of experience in product sourcing and development for American and European markets in both brick and mortar retail and ecommerce channels. Most recently she excelled providing private label brand sourcing and procurement for Target Stores – taking products from ideation stage through production to final delivery.

Background

Previously to Dragonfly, Chase worked at State Street Global Bank and SunLife Financial. At State Street, he managed the Numerates Network and created mentoring events and opportunities with executives and quantitative financial analysts. In his time at Sunlife, Chase worked in the Corporate Real Estate division where he handled renovations and interdepartmental moves. Also, at SunLife, Chase created a sustainability tracker for all major locations in the US and CA. Chase also owns and operates his own aerial photography business, Birdz Eye, which he started in high school.

Background

At Dragonfly, Rob leads the compliance division by navigating the regulatory landscape of various government agencies and the requirements of complying with Amazon and other retail partners. He supports brand acquisition, filing and renewing trademarks and patents, managing appeal processes, and is the in-house expert on potential risks and compliance processes associated with new product development.

Prior to Dragonfly, Lexie spent 2 years working as a Commercial Analyst at SharkNinja, delivering best in class sales analytics for SharkNinja’s products in analyzing retail POS, investments, and market trends. She supported the sales teams for Kohl’s and Walmart in overall business strategy by identifying opportunities, competitive threats, and analyzing pricing/promotions.

Background

As a Product Developer, Sam will be identifying new categories and developing products across Dragonfly brands. He will be collaborating with brand managers and operations to bring ideas to life quickly and efficiently.

Before Dragonfly, Sam spent four years at Clorox building products focused on improving public health and reducing environmental impact. He has experience in managing development teams, contract manufacturers, and consumer testing.

Anthony Gregorio

Background
As the Director of Operations Anthony oversees the selection, execution, and scale-up of the brands and products we develop or acquire. 
 
Anthony started his career as a consultant with a focus on strategy and human-centered design. He then went on to build and operate several businesses from the ground up, with experiences spanning medical supplies, fashion, health and wellness, and carbon / greenhouse gas emissions reduction technologies.

Prior to Dragonfly, Christine consulted as an eCommerce & B2B specialist for bespoke social media campaigns. Christine also brings experience from Walmart eCommerce running Grocery categories, managing supply chain, merchandising, and advertising sales.
