Prior to Dragonfly, Richie led growth, marketing and analytics teams at Beachbody, Sony Pictures D2C group and Target subsidiary, Dermstore.com. Richie also built out the west coast analytics and research practice at Initiative Media (IPG) where he helped brands build data driven digital led marketing programs.

Outside of work, Richie is an avid reader, a fantasy football enthusiast, an occasional photographer and an average racquetball/tennis player. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two kids.

She also has experience in Amazon listing optimization, inventory management, and general marketing.

Dallin Koski

Background
Dallin leads DTC & Paid Media at Dragonfly. Prior to joining, Dallin was an entrepreneur in the DTC space where he founded and led growth for two brands in the apparel & accessories industry that were acquired in 2022. He’s passionate about all things ‘DTC’.

While out of the office, Dallin loves to embarrass himself playing basketball, hop on the nearby trails with his e-bike (because he doesn’t do hills without some help from a battery) and is an avid movie-goer. He lives in Utah with his wife and two kids.

Nick Stager

At Dragonfly, Nick operates the brands Dragonfly owns, building and improving processes from branding and marketing, to managing supply chains and international expansion. Nick is also helping to build out our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Prior to Dragonfly, Nick worked at Wayfair as a Senior Analyst within their 3D Operations team. As an analyst, Nick prototyped machine learning and computer vision solutions for ecommerce merchandising and automated reporting using SQL and python. Before Wayfair, Nick worked as an operations manager at an HR tech start up.

Eliot Wilking

At Dragonfly, Eliot is on the operations team and is responsible for running some of the brands that Dragonfly owns. This includes optimizing things like marketing, branding, supply chain and international expansion strategy for the brands he manages. 

Prior to Dragonfly, Eliot spent three years working in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. At Bain, he worked on projects that spanned industries such as health care, financial services and oil and gas. Eliot also spent six months at the NFL during a sabbatical from Bain where he worked with the League’s strategy team on things like legal sports betting and international opportunities.

Prior to Dragonfly, Pete spent 4+ years working in strategy and economic consulting at L.E.K. Consulting and Charles River Associates. At L.E.K., he worked on several buy-side and sell-side due diligence and traditional growth strategy cases. Prior to that, he worked at CRA developing economic, statistical, and financial analyses for expert testimony in major litigation and arbitration matters.

Kenzie brings to Dragonfly 18 months of full time co-op experience in the Pharmaceutical, Academic, and Government sectors. With a major in Technology Innovation Management paired with Engineering, she bridges communications between the technical and operational aspects of business. Kenzie is well versed in commercial operations, workflow process improvement, and environmental engineering techniques.

He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has built supply chains and led sourcing teams that have put products on the shelves of top-tier retailers like Target, Wal-Mart and Hobby Lobby, just to name a few. Most recently, he headed a team that won Vendor of the Year Award at Jo-Ann Stores for operational excellence.

With 7+ years living in Asia and experience sourcing millions of dollars of product for the largest brands & retailers in the world, Brady brings both a network and skillset that helps bring beautiful products to life. His MBA is from the #1 Ranked school for Global Business Management – Thunderbird School of Global Management. His driving ethos in all his relationships is to create a meaningful bond that helps bridge nations, groups, & cultures together.

There she focused on inventory management, data upload and integration, and fulfillment. Before Kirna Zabete, Aleya held multiple operations and administrative roles within the fashion industry.

Polina is part of the product development team, acting as a project manager and product development manager. Polina has a background in procurement and supply chain management in a variety of industries, including aerospace, CPG, and online retail.

Coco is based in Ningbo China and brings 13 years of experience in product sourcing and development for American and European markets in both brick and mortar retail and ecommerce channels. Most recently she excelled providing private label brand sourcing and procurement for Target Stores – taking products from ideation stage through production to final delivery.

Prior to Dragonfly, Megan was a Product Designer & Market Researcher for Malouf Companies. In that position she designed furniture, textiles, and conducted detailed trend analyses for multiple online channels such as Walmart, Amazon and Wayfair.

Before Malouf Companies, Megan lived in Cincinnati, Ohio and worked in Marketing—creating digital content as a lead Photo Stylist—for 10 years. She worked for large retailers and e- commerce companies such as Kroger, Proctor & Gamble, Amazon, Walmart, and Grandin Road.

At Dragonfly, Vivian supports brands that Dragonfly owns by optimizing supply chain, inventory management, and sourcing as a Tactical Operations Associate.
 
Prior to Dragonfly, Vivian worked at Caffe Nero USA for 3 years as the Food & Beverage Coordinator. As F&B Coordinator, Vivian managed over 300 products and ingredients, was responsible for new product rollouts, and developed a strong network of New England foodservice wholesalers and vendors.

Background

Son brings a positive skill set stemming from his background in sales, customer services, and non-profit work. Ruwan Subasinghe

Background

Before joining the product development team at Dragonfly, Ruwan spent 7 years as an independent product design consultant. His skills in conceptual design, mechanical engineering, and sourcing helped countless businesses turn their product ideas into mass produced goods.

Marie Thompson

Background
Prior to Dragonfly, Marie was the Product Developer for L.L.Bean’s Bag & Luggage category, managing products such as the iconic Boat & Tote and L.L.Bean Book Packs. Marie has also been the Design Lead for startups such as Pakt and Boston Bag Co. Heritage Project; visualizing and bringing to life innovative new product lines.

Drey Hilton

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Drey spent years leading strategic efforts at UPS and The Home Depot with a focus on growing market share, expanding globally, driving profitability, and developing online retail technologies.  

At Dragonfly, Drey is on the operations team and is responsible for managing some of the brands that Dragonfly owns. This includes setting product strategy and optimizing marketing, branding, supply chain and international expansion strategies for the brands he manages.

Prior to Dragonfly, Ray worked as a Business Operations Associate at a stealth startup in the ghost kitchen space. There, he helped launch and scale new business units on the Special Projects team. His work focused on launching new sites, developing and implementing core operational workflows, and creating scaled operating systems using SQL and python.

Background

Before joining Dragonfly, Edwin worked as an Advertising Coordinator at HOLA! TV where he managed and executed TV and social media campaigns for high-end brands. In 2020, he started his own e-commerce brand on Amazon specialized in cellphone accessories for content creators. Prior to this, he also interned at Procter & Gamble while finishing his Master’s of International Business at the University of Florida. At P&G, he worked with the Fabric Care marketing team to launch a new brand and product bundles in Colombia.

David Barrineau

Prior to Dragonfly, David spent several years as an Operations Manager in Amazon’s fulfillment network where he helped launch a new fulfillment center and ensure timely packing and shipping of millions of customer orders before moving upstream to the eCommerce private equity space. David has since leveraged his intimate understanding of the Amazon supply chain to operate over a dozen Amazon-fulfilled eCommerce brands and has experience in everything from inventory planning and product development to paid search marketing and acquisitions. David has a passion for growing and operating eCommerce businesses at scale, and in his personal life he is a world traveler, avid reader and lifelong learner.
