Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Meghan spent 6 years helping 1P and 3P brands grow and optimize their Amazon business and advertising programs at Teikametrics. At Teikametrics she led a team of analysts and oversaw Amazon advertising for over 40 enterprise brands. Prior to that, she directly managed Amazon advertising for brands, such as Dickies and Clarks. She also has experience in Amazon listing optimization, inventory management, and general marketing.

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Wade began and grew his career through freelance design and later full-time work. Being in the creative industry for six years, he’s designed anything from websites, t-shirts, social media posts, and food products. He has an insatiable creative drive and loves to express creativity outside of work. Those outlets include photography, painting, and cooking beautiful food.

Prior to Dragonfly, Laura spent 5 years in a variety of roles within marketing and operations for Macy’s Inc. In her most recent roles, she was a concession project manager focused on developing vendor initiatives as well as a marketing project manager handling digital creative assets. Laura also has prior experience in marketing project management within the entertainment industry.

Annie Grotophorst

Background

Annie is a skilled illustrator and has experience designing branding, packaging, and marketing materials for local and national companies.

Meg is currently a Marketing Analyst at Dragonfly, working in the paid search space to help brands grow and maintain success. Meg also has prior experience in social media and communications from her roles at Golf Channel and the University of Central Florida.

Background
Eric joined Dragonfly as an Amazon Marketing Analyst with a focus on performance marketing and the growth of Dragonfly’s brands through paid advertising. Prior to Dragonfly, Eric managed digital advertising channels for an Automotive aftermarket parts manufacturer with a 3000+ SKU portfolio. Eric also has experience in organic SEO and 3P marketplace e-commerce merchandising.

Dallin Koski

Background
Dallin leads DTC & Paid Media at Dragonfly. Prior to joining, Dallin was an entrepreneur in the DTC space where he founded and led growth for two brands in the apparel & accessories industry that were acquired in 2022. He’s passionate about all things ‘DTC’.

While out of the office, Dallin loves to embarrass himself playing basketball, hop on the nearby trails with his e-bike (because he doesn’t do hills without some help from a battery) and is an avid movie-goer. He lives in Utah with his wife and two kids.

Melanie is the Director of Brand Strategy & Insights at Dragonfly. Prior to Dragonfly, Melanie worked at Beachbody and Nestle. Through brand and shopper marketing roles, she led brand strategy and integrated marketing plans for beverage and health and wellness brands.

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Taylor led growth marketing strategy for a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands under a venture capital firm in Providence, Rhode Island. This work included expansion of customer acquisition channels, refining marketing operations, and designing growth experiments to scale revenue and prepare brands for acquisition.

Monica English

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Monica worked at Juvo Plus and was the first Senior Copywriter in the company and earned respect as she carved out the role and helped establish the company’s content team to what it is today.

When she is not working, Monica enjoys hiking, photography, too much coffee, and working alongside her husband on their farm. She is also a movie buff and a HUGE fan of The Office.

At Dragonfly, Chris focuses on supply chain and logistics challenges to help scale the business. This includes inbound and outbound shipping, warehousing, and inventory supply planning across all brands at Dragonfly.

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Denise spent 4 years working in economic consulting at Charles River Associates followed by a year at CarGurus. At Charles River Associates, she was a member of the Auctions & Competitive bidding practice, striving to make commodities markets more efficient and transparent through the use of online auctions. At CarGurus, Denise was on the Strategic Partnerships team where she identified and managed new and existing external partnerships in an effort to grow the company.

Jeremy is a global sourcing specialist with experience in a broad range of CPG categories from hobby/craft to consumer electronics to furniture. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has built supply chains and led sourcing teams that have put products on the shelves of top-tier retailers like Target, Wal-Mart and Hobby Lobby, just to name a few. Most recently, he headed a team that won Vendor of the Year Award at Jo-Ann Stores for operational excellence.

With 7+ years living in Asia and experience sourcing millions of dollars of product for the largest brands & retailers in the world, Brady brings both a network and skillset that helps bring beautiful products to life. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and able to order food (and do a few other things) in Spanish and Vietnamese. His MBA is from the #1 Ranked school for Global Business Management – Thunderbird School of Global Management. His driving ethos in all his relationships is to create a meaningful bond that helps bridge nations, groups, & cultures together.

Kenzie O'Lena

As a Business Associate, Kenzie supports Brand Managers as they operate and expand the brands Dragonfly owns. This includes optimizing supply chain, marketing, international expansion strategy, and providing analytical support to Operations.

Kenzie brings to Dragonfly 18 months of full time co-op experience in the Pharmaceutical, Academic, and Government sectors. With a major in Technology Innovation Management paired with Engineering, she bridges communications between the technical and operational aspects of business. Kenzie is well versed in commercial operations, workflow process improvement, and environmental engineering techniques.

Prior to Dragonfly Aleya was the E-commerce Operations Manager at Kirna Zabete, an online and in-store boutique with multiple online channels focusing on luxury and contemporary fashion. There she focused on inventory management, data upload and integration, and fulfillment. Before Kirna Zabete, Aleya held multiple operations and administrative roles within the fashion industry.

Prior to Dragonfly, Jordan had spent the majority of his career as an operations and inventory lead in various e-commerce companies such as Kaspien (formerly etailz inc.) and Jelt Belt while also adding over a year of experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality industry for a company known as Stay Alfred.

Coco Gao

Background

Coco is based in Ningbo China and brings 13 years of experience in product sourcing and development for American and European markets in both brick and mortar retail and ecommerce channels. She has expertise across many categories including craft and hobby, home decor, household and outdoor products as well as pet products. Most recently she excelled providing private label brand sourcing and procurement for Target Stores – taking products from ideation stage through production to final delivery.

Prior to Dragonfly, Vivian worked at Caffe Nero USA for 3 years as the Food & Beverage Coordinator. As F&B Coordinator, Vivian managed over 300 products and ingredients, was responsible for new product rollouts, and developed a strong network of New England foodservice wholesalers and vendors.

Ray Boucher

Background

At Dragonfly, Ray works on the Operations team, focusing on brand management and new product launch.

Prior to Dragonfly, Ray worked as a Business Operations Associate at a stealth startup in the ghost kitchen space. There, he helped launch and scale new business units on the Special Projects team. His work focused on launching new sites, developing and implementing core operational workflows, and creating scaled operating systems using SQL and python.

Prior to Dragonfly, Megan was a Product Designer & Market Researcher for Malouf Companies. In that position she designed furniture, textiles, and conducted detailed trend analyses for multiple online channels such as Walmart, Amazon and Wayfair.

Before Malouf Companies, Megan lived in Cincinnati, Ohio and worked in Marketing—creating digital content as a lead Photo Stylist—for 10 years. She worked for large retailers and e- commerce companies such as Kroger, Proctor & Gamble, Amazon, Walmart, and Grandin Road.

Prior to Dragonfly, Matt had spent 2.5 years working in the Product Development space for Staples, focused on categories that emphasized collaboration and quality. Before Staples, Matt held Development roles for both Apple and Thermo Fisher Scientific, with focus on plastics tooling and manufacturing.

Background

Before joining Dragonfly, Edwin worked as an Advertising Coordinator at HOLA! TV where he managed and executed TV and social media campaigns for high-end brands. In 2020, he started his own e-commerce brand on Amazon specialized in cellphone accessories for content creators. Prior to this, he also interned at Procter & Gamble while finishing his Master’s of International Business at the University of Florida. At P&G, he worked with the Fabric Care marketing team to launch a new brand and product bundles in Colombia.

David Barrineau

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, David spent several years as an Operations Manager in Amazon’s fulfillment network where he helped launch a new fulfillment center and ensure timely packing and shipping of millions of customer orders before moving upstream to the eCommerce private equity space. David has since leveraged his intimate understanding of the Amazon supply chain to operate over a dozen Amazon-fulfilled eCommerce brands and has experience in everything from inventory planning and product development to paid search marketing and acquisitions. David has a passion for growing and operating eCommerce businesses at scale, and in his personal life he is a world traveler, avid reader and lifelong learner.

Caroline Frock

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Caroline held a role as an E-commerce Strategy Associate at Wayfair where she specialized in workflow optimizations for their supplier outreach campaigns. She worked to minimize gaps in Wayfair’s online catalog by surfacing product addition opportunities to suppliers.

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Sebastian worked in legal support roles at Ropes & Gray LLP and Eze Software. He has experience in contract management, information governance, and vendor relations. More recently, he dedicated himself to running a music events business in Boston. Here, he oversaw creative strategy and managed various facets of day-to-day operations.

Thi is based in HCMC – Vietnam. Prior to Dragonfly, Thi has many years experience as an assistant/ interpreter/coordinator in other international companies. Thi is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese, she also has experience in e-Commerce, office management, data management and administrative.

Before Dragonfly, Penny has worked as a sourcing specialist and sales merchandiser for various household product companies. Penny has extensive experience in sourcing and managing supplier relationships.

Background

Prior to joining Dragonfly, Cynthia worked with 150+ wellness and beauty brands at Sela, the digital commerce agency arm of The PCA Group of Companies. While there, she oversaw four teams responsible for ensuring quality organic content for all contract brands across Amazon and Walmart globally. She has also been Director of Copywriting for JLS Trading Co., an 8-figure Amazon seller in operation since 2012.

Prior to Fit & Fresh, Joeleen worked at Aqua Leisure Recreations LLC, leading their eCommerce efforts.  As a business leader and strategist, she focused on building operations, growing market share, and driving substantial gains across all performance metrics.

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Laura led Finance at The Wing, the women’s co-working space acquired by IWG Plc. Before this, she was global Controller of MealPal, a food-tech start-up. Laura previously held FP&A and Accounting roles at Gucci and Viacom, after starting her career as an auditor at Deloitte.

Prior to Dragonfly Suzie was the Accounting Manager at Coldwater Creek where she helped start up the accounting team while managing the monthly close process and audits. Before Coldwater, Suzie held roles in Finance and Accounting in multiple industries included insurance and technology.

Nashua Chaperon

Background
Before Dragonfly, Nashua worked at Coldwater Creek where she assisted in many processes from accounts payable to sales tax filings as well as a variety of accounting responsibilities.  
Before Coldwater, Nash worked at Sentient Jet where I held the role of Corporate Accounting Manager where she was responsible for maintaining the corporate ledger and the consolidation of four subcompanies. Prior to Sentient Jet, Nashua worked as an auditor servicing various industries.

Jordan Nunez

Background
Prior to Dragonfly, Jordan was an FP&A Manager at Boston Beer Company, makers of Sam Adams, Truly, Twisted Tea, Angry Orchard, and Dogfish Head. As an FP&A Manager Jordan was responsible for supporting the Operations function (aka our production breweries) and before that spent time supporting the Marketing department and Opex planning. Before joining Boston Beer, Jordan worked as a public accountant at Grant Thornton working on manufacturing clients in the New England area.

Prior to Dragonfly, Ryan created the Bluevine Studios website showcasing a personal digital-imaging research project called “Color Cosm”.  Previously, Ryan has worked as a Software Engineer for over 15 years, including 10 years at iZotope, Inc. working on a wide variety of audio-related and web-development projects and technologies.

Jon Giordano

Background

Nick Stager

Background

At Dragonfly, Nick operates the brands Dragonfly owns, building and improving processes from branding and marketing, to managing supply chains and international expansion. Nick is also helping to build out our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Prior to Dragonfly, Nick worked at Wayfair as a Senior Analyst within their 3D Operations team. As an analyst, Nick prototyped machine learning and computer vision solutions for ecommerce merchandising and automated reporting using SQL and python. Before Wayfair, Nick worked as an operations manager at an HR tech start up.

Peter Ryan

COO

Background

Prior to Dragonfly, Peter held a variety of roles at Wayfair including incubating new categories and sourcing new supplier partners. Peter was one of the first 5 employees at CastleGate Fulfillment, Wayfair’s 3PL solution, and held a leadership role in growing it to a top 50 worldwide logistics provider. Most recently Peter was the GM of Returns & Incidence, managing over $1B in Supply Chain costs.
